The Three Oaks area is located in dazzling Fort Myers, Florida just west of Interstate 75, south of Alico Road, north of Estero Parkway, and east of San Carlos Park. In total, there are more than 3,500 (per city data) residents living within the nestled subdivisions of Three Oaks. Home building styles include single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums. Opposite the communities, there is the Gulf Coast Town Center, which has it’s very own Costco, perfect for families that prefer to buy groceries in bulk. Other locations that are easily recognized in the area include: Miromar Outlets, Bell Tower Shops, Tanger Outlet Mall, Coconut Point Mall, and Edison Mall.
